It's unfortunate but you will probably be waiting weeks, if not months, I have submitted all of my info on the portal on September 3rd and I don't have my eCoPR yet, I tried emailing and calling them but there is no help.

You have received or you have not received? It has only been two weeks, it seems more and more that it takes months now to get the eCoPR.

I actually feel a bit better about my ECOPR taking 5 weeks and counting looking at how the IRCC basically stopped working on the portal it looks like, is there any update for when they will start processing these again?

It's impressive that they're actually getting worse at processing applications now somehow.

There's literally no one to contact, there's no one that can help, and no one cares that there's hundreds of thousands of us suffering.

That stinks, I'm really sorry, it will show the processing office on the PDF on the email you received initially when you got invited to the portal. If you haven't called yet I would, are you near the end of any work permit status?

On the portal, does it show that you submitted your declaration and pictures/address, are there multiple people on the portal? What process did you go through, and what location is processing your request?

I called the same number as you, i connected around 10AM this morning, I have tried several times before that with no luck.
