Hi folks, am i supposed to get an email when my certificate ships by regular mail? I did my ceremony on Feb 15 and still didn't receive any emails or the certificate (3 weeks today)? is that normal? I'm in the GTA and the ceremony was hosted by Manitoba office for some reason.

I got everything marked complete on Friday, today I got the Oath invite for mid Feb. Didn't get decision made yet tho lol. Please update sheet. Are the ceremonies back to in-person or is it still virtual?

I've received an invite for an interview on Thursday and it's at 12 pm MST. When I googled MST, it's mountain time. Did anyone else get an invite with MST timing, wondering if it's a typo. Toronto is 2 hours ahead of Mountain Time

Hello folks, I finally received my notes after 3 months but I see that it says E-grant interview ready on Aug 16 and then 2 days later (Aug 18) it says E-grant clearance pending. Test passed back in April. Any clue what that means? Thank you!

I ordered mine early June and never got anything. I only got an email from an agent asking which type of notes I wanted (which I already indicated on my request) and that was it. I followed up on that email many many times but nothing....

My background check has been in progress since Feb and the agent said I'm stuck in the international part of the BGC. Four months since I submitted my fingerprints and also ordered notes in June and got nothing!!!!!!!!!

I can't agree more! and they are extremely unaccountable and you can't do anything about it. They have the upper hand and they never pick up the phone or even reply to an email. Even for me I requested my ATIP notes (they replied asking me about which type I want which I already indicated from...

yes I did the same thing and sent an email to SCR about 2 weeks ago but radio silence and I also submitted an IRCC form!

Same here! it's so frustrating! I did the test on April 12 and nothing happened after... there's no process, sequence or anything - just RANDOM $HIT!! lol SCR office as well

they call it ghost update - means you should get a real update in the next 2 days to two weeks!

Sorry I wasn't clear - RCMP sent it, the delay is from IRCC. I got a notification from IRCC in the portal that they received my FP results but they're reviewing it (that was on May 5)!
