    My eligibility review started yesterday, I applied on 22oct hope i receive PPR as soon as possible, need to travel to india in December. Or else I have to take risk and travel on my student TRV with PGWP IN hand.

    I tried calling lot immigration consultant and they all say different. Some of them says that I can’t come back of valid student TRV holding PGWP and some them says I can. I don’t know I’m confused!!

    But my old TRV says student whereas now I’m on pgwp. I’m just worried if I go india and they question me about this difference on my way back.

    Just wanted to know can I travel to india with a work permit and TRV applied as a worker. however my old student TRV is still valid till 2024.
