Same with us. I checked with the Customer care a few days ago, the agent said we need to count 39 calendar days(current processing time updated last week-for new PR Cards) from the date on the ecopr. If we don’t hear anything from IRCC even after those 39 days then we can call them back again...

Thanks for the reply @sshivam29 Our’s is Calgary landing unit, not sure why and where they are stuck at this final step. Hopefully they will get to it after reading through these forums.

@sshivam29 - have you downloaded your E-COPR or still waiting for it to appear ? If yes, did you get an email from cic that it’s available to download ? Ours still shows in review with IRCC(both picture + address) . Anyone who has insights on the above ?

Received the PR portal email today, furnished the info asked in the portal, Canadian address and uploaded digital photo. How long does it take for eCOPR to be available for download ?

IRCC has all the emails and postal/physical addresses you have ever used/authorized to be used on the applicants file. Make sure when you call the customer care reps next time( I requested them to remove the one’s I wasn’t using anymore), tell them to remove the one’s that you would not like to...

How many days did it take before they sent the login credentials for the PR portal to you(after you confirmed), I am assuming you are an inland applicant ? And was the e-copr ready to download right away ?

As @Bimpsy_7 asked, I have the same question folks that have been successful in connecting the gc account: For folks that have been able to do the GC Link, Please when you try the F12 method, what does it show you, does the UCI, full name, DOB come with a value or 'Null'. Maybe that would help...
