Thank you for your quick reply. I was a bit confused because when I exit via land border IRCC will know when they are sending me my Sponsor approval, so I was a bit curious would that be any issue as it requires Sponsors who are PR to be physically present in Canada while sponsorship in progress.

Basically title, can I the sponsor travel to USA by road for one week or so while I wait for my SA (sponsor approval). I already received AOR 1. Any advise would be appreciated. Would there be any issues doing so at this stage?

Yes I did , explained clearly about just the date change. :( The email ended with "Thank you for your interest in the OINP." as well, but no confirmation sadly, and says cant accept after already submitted.
