I am still waiting. But it seems normal to take a week to receive the credentials email. So I’m expecting to hopefully receive it around Nov 17.

The same thing has happened to me. I am also waiting. Looking at other posts, apparently it is normal to take around a week to receive the second email.

Same here! I got the first email on Nov 9 morning, and responded to it in the evening. But got the reminder email the next morning (Nov 10), to which I replied again. Did you receive your second email?

I have the same problem! No spot in MyCIC Account to upload the requested information! I emailed the requested document to the email address they provided: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca But have received no response that they have received my email!
