This education requirements is on the NOC website at the moment but IRCC still chose to ignore educational requirements for processing of applications. They know a lot of people would have one degree and practice in another profession, that's life. If they adopted what's on the 2016 thingy, no...

Maybe that's what IRCC is waiting for. Although, it says IRCC are planning to adopt it by Spring 2022.

Major changes would happen with Skill Level B. I think they are trying to eradicate the "high skill/low skill" terminologies to present better chances for those that would be categorised as level B or C. Suits IRCC well, and that TR to PR made sense from this perspective. We wait.

Eligibility is the biggest factor.

The TEER seems interesting. Feels like they are about to go the Australian way where job experience has to match education. Crazy times looming.
