You need to keep track of your portal. Do check you GC Key Account at least once a day to know if there's any ghost update because you won't get an email for each update from IRCC. The moment you get an update in your file do ask Canadian Embassy in your country about the location of your file...

Your File is in Edmonton? Confirm from isb embassy once again because my file got transferred to AD on the same day my medical passed

T The day my medical updated I sent an email to isb embassy to know if the visa office also changed or not.

Can't say if it's great or not but Edmonton is currently too slow to process applications.

You can share your info with Islamabad Embassy. No issues with that.

I guess they have been playing pick and choose with applications. I have seen many applicants getting their PPR literally in 20-35 working days and some are still waiting frim Dec 2020. Only IRCC knows rest are assumptions which we hear.

What I have heard is that they have an annual limit upto which they approve study permits and once that limit is about to reach they start delaying applications.

Previously Pakistani applications were going to Abu Dhabi and Warsaw Offices but from the last one month many applications are going to Edmonton Office. Still many are going to Abu Dhabi.

We can do nothing except waiting
