well, the website started miraculously working on september 18 and i was able to get an appointment for october 11. I made my friend visit the vfs office in Bangalore and they said that offline booking is closed. So i had no other way than to take the oct 11 appointment.

I've been trying to book an appointment for the biometrics for the past 5 days and I can't find a single slot! I'm willing to go to either Chennai or Banglore. Is there any way that I can book offline instead of the useless site?
