Not sure, Why it is not accepting this date. Every time i am getting no application found from this.

Hi All, I was trying to link my application but not sure about the “Date you become Permanent Resident “ should I put the date when I received the Copr by email e.g. 27 March or the date mentioned in the COPR document e.g. 22 March ? Could anyone please suggest ?
