Has anybody been actually able to get to talk to an agent on the phone. Every time I call it says they are experiencing a high volume of calls even when I call as soon as then open .

I’m actually no longer a patient of that doctor, so I wonder if they would make an exception.

A follow up question: if you’re submitting a new RTD application that’s also for urgent travel, do you still have to mail it or do you just use the web form? Thank you for your help!

Hi everyone! I submitted my RTD last September and haven’t heard anything. I now have an urgent need to travel. I submitted the web form yesterday but I worry that might not be enough. What else should I do? I’ve tried calling but the line keeps saying it’s busy.

Would love to know this as well.

I’m working on my application to renew my RTD and I’m confused by the guarantor requirements. Can I use a family member/friend or does the guarantor have to be profession based? Thank you for your help! :)
