Did you get ADR for PCC? What is your AOR? It takes about a week or two after you documents are received..

I try on thrusday around 9.30 to 10 am canada time.. i connects through citizenship line..

I called them last Thursday. Edmonton office staff is sleeping and there is nothing we call do to speed it up. unfortunately :(

exactly.. that's why you need to try several times until they put you in the queue. every time I call them, I also get this recording a lot of time. Another method is to connect the citizenship line instead of Immigration and then ask them to transfer you to the immigration line. I hope it will work

Eligibility is supposed to pass in the beginning. I think your eligibility is under review. probably some senior agent is reviewing it again. It would not take more than a week or two. Hang in there, you are not far from PPR. :D

It doesn't take long once started probably a week or two. many people are stuck on the same status as yours including me. let's hope it starts and passes soon. hang in there.. :)

Some VOs are faster than others, people who were lucky enough with the files transferred to quick processing VOs are getting PPRs in 3 4 months. rest of us are stuck at slower offices such as Winnipeg, Montreal, Edmonton, etc.
