In my opinion, no. They do fill all the details based on your passport. What's on appointment letter or receipt does not matter. They might have pasted a sticker behind your passport. You could check that.

Hi guys, I recently applied for my study permit visa on August 17 2021. I am worried during my medicals my weight was 47 kgs (104 lbs) and height 5’7”. I’m 24 and I have no disease or illness whatsoever. Should my weight be a reason for rejection? Please let me know. Thanks in advance
