I submitted on 12th September 2021 recieved the provisional application number on 16th September 2021.

I posted in that thread and posting here again as It is already sorted out. Delete one of your dependants profile and retype it again. When you complete one child's profile all other are automatically changed to completed status.

It is working just delete one of the old dependant children application and retype it. All others will be back to complete status. That's how it worked for me.
