You should ask the passport office if it covers all india. I had seen a video about someone using pcc from india and getting their file rejected because it was valid for punjab only.

Now you will get email asking your personal info. When u came to canada all that. Once u confirm that. Then you will receive PR portal.

They only accept the PCC done by BSL. Mostly when you get it done from india, its for your district or state but BSL one includes all states. if her medical will already be on the file. They will let you know after you apply for PR. You dont need to send anything.

No they don’t. They don’t let you take off your mask at all.

I linked my PR card application to gckey. My address has been approved on the portal but photo is still in review. Anybody knows how long does it take to get the photo approved and PR card in mail? Thank you!
