Hi got e-copr today. portal upload was on oct18 vancouver vo but I am unforunately in India for vacation. my return is on 8th feb. do u think i can get PRTD in time? how much time to get PR card via mail to home in canada? please help

hey E-visa portal is open... i just applied for it! travel is on 28th november.

is there any way to contact Vancouver consulate? my flight ticket is booked for Nov 28th. Ack date is Oct 18 strangely after spending lot of time on phone to talk to BLS, one guy told me (friday evening) that i will get in 4-5 business days. but status is still 'under process; in OCI website...
