Okay. Thank you for this. I called them. They said if they have it in the system, they will give it to me I just need to pay some charges, if it isn't there isn't much they can do. Hopefully then the scanned copy will work. Do you know if it works or not?

Hi, I got my medical done in Oct 2020. My Visa was approved in April 2021. Since there has been a flight ban from India to Canada I was unlable to travel, however now I will be travelling in September. When I was organising my documents I realsied that I have lost the E-Medical Information...
