Gckey says final decision as approved . And that was last updated on 30th april 2021. I am not able to understand why I got the passport unstamped after PPR? Do you think there is a possibility of rejection after PPR?

I submitted my passport for stamping on 22nd July 2021 and received PPR on 30th April 2021. But when I got my passport back, it was not stamped and was without any letter . Does anyone have any clue about it? Kindly help
