    I got an email from CIC saying there was an update on my application. I logged in and the status had changed to Approved and the message said the pr card has been mailed to me.

    I see. On my CIC account, under the PR CARD application, it says "Date Received: April, 23" which is my COPR date. I thought that was the date they meant. However, my photos were only delivered on May, 5th.

    Hi guys, When they say Applications received in March 2021 are now in process. Do they mean COPR date or photos delivery date?

    I'm happy to see that, my COPR date is April 23rd and my photos were delivered on May 5th. I will give them a call too!
