It has been 60 days for me as well. I received the portal credentials outside of Canada, and several weeks later I completed step 1 & 2 when I am back in Canada. Now still waiting. What is the longest wait on this? Most people receive it in a week. Hope all is getting ecopr shortly especially...

I did portal step 1 & 2 when I am back in Canada, but still have not received Ecopr yet. It has been almost 60 days since I completed the steps and waiting for confirmation of In Canada decleration. Frustrating.

We are in same situation. Since it has been 7 days already and you are able to reach the portal, I think as soon as you arrive canada you can declare your physical presence and have our cards mailed. Once we enter the Canada, there should not be anything to worry because we have not receive PR...

Once portal password given via email, It says you have 7 days to declare/submit photo. Since we are outside, we cannot do that within 7 days. Did you able to use your portal after 7 days to declare that you are in Canada?

Can anyone let us know what happened after 7 days period end? Logically, once we return to canada we can declare and receive our cards. I wonder why they have 7 days to submit this. What will happen when we do not respond after 7 days?
