It seems apprx time for response is 2 weeks. i got response as”While examining your file, we were pleased to notice that the situation reported in your Web form request is now resolved.” Now i am not quite sure what does that mean!?!?

I sent webform on july-28 and got response back on august-11(14 days?!?)
