    I did but didn’t get to speak to anyone because they are currently looking after the Afghanistan people , the machine is saying check online for updates !! Since March with pre arrival and decision made with no updates ever since !

    Exactly I don’t know why they are taking so long with our application it’s been 19 months for my application with pre arrival and decision made in March 2019 !
