Did you receive your passport with visa stamped? Am in a similar situation. I received email from VFS saying passport has been dispatched from IRCC but no update on the online account.

Finally guys RFV email from London visa office. AOR: Nov 3 2020 CoR: Belgium Remedical done: 08 FEB 2022 Remedical passed:10 FEB 2022 RFV: 22th of April 2022. Any ideas on sending passport to london from Belgium guys

I tried to check but it doesn't say whether it was evaluated by an agent or officer. From what I see in the GCMS notes in the last pages, R10 completeness was done at CIO by a program assistant and the file moved to LONDON, UK in early January 2020. There are 8 notes "Notes 1 till Notes 8"...
