481 CRS, yet not selected in OINP Tech Draw?
That would be a million dollar question when it comes to PNP. But from my knowledge, beyond NOC code, they would have analysed the roles and responsibilities carried out by those people and the duration of waiting period in the pool.- Sri Sabarinath

Actually there are many people with high scores did not recieve an invite. I think it could be the fact that it was a PNP draw, so, score is not the only factor that would have be looked up.- Sri Sabarinath

How many times we can use nomiee when applying for PR?
