Okay, that looks like progress then. I didn't get a date right away too, just the super following up with me saying my oath will be scheduled shortly.

I just emailed the scheduling office and somehow, it reached the supervisor who escalated my case immediately. They were also able to send me a follow-up. However, I do know a few people who got a response saying their application has been processed and will be sending the next steps soon.

Thanks for the suggestion! I initially booked an appointment at a non-passport service Canada for Tuesday morning. Later I cancelled it and now walking in to a Passport Office service Canada first thing in the morning same day.

Sorry for spamming with another question, but for those who got to do an in-person ceremony, do we get to sign the oath/affirmation of citizenship form in person as well or do we get that via email? Just wondering as I just got an invite but no forms to sign yet (except for the release one...

Thank you :) Yes it is in Mississauga Office. In the notice, it says if I opt for e-cert, I will be getting an e-cert once they confirm. Will I be getting a paper cert immediately despite of that? (Definitely not complaining :D just chose e-cert in case I ended up getting a virtual oath)

Took me a week more or less for the whole correspondence. But, if possible, you can send a follow-up if you didn't receive anything. Again, my suggestion is do what makes you at ease. I am sure it will pan out soon.

I mentioned "Status of Oath Ceremony (Application # - C0000000000). Make sure to mention "Oath Ceremony" instead of "Application". Then make sure to mention your UCI #, Full Name, DOB and POB in the body.

Not really, I got a reply back within a few days from the supervisor themselves and a follow-up after too.. I think it really depends on who has read your email.

Maybe try sending an email to the scheduling office, the one that @citapplicant put up in the earlier message. It helped escalating my application and scheduling oath within a week.
