Thank you even i come under LMIA exemption i sublitted my application on 21 June. Was done with biometric and medical by 27 June were updated on profile by 1 July. Dont know when they will request for passport submission. Hope it will be done soon. As my rest of colleagues have already started...

I already got an offer from McGill University. I am practising doctor in India. Its a fellowship in anesthesia for further training. But as it’s going to have stipend and clinical means i will be dealing with patients directly i need work permit.

Can any one tell me did IRCC even start processing work permit application. If yes any idea in how many days its taking for issuing it.
