Even I got settlement for visitor visa a month back. Don't know when they will reopen. Did your lawyers reach out to check the status?

When did you get the settlement offer? Was it settled out of the court?

In the settlement offer that IRCC sends they have a clause were in after reopening the case the applicant can submit additional documents to further strengthen the case. This should be done when in the account there is a request for additional documents.

After how long since you received the settlement offer did they reopen the case? Please tell. Also regarding your query it is better to describe the source of funds along with bank statement.

Did you receive a settlement offer from the IRCC Lawyers. Is your case reopened?

Their current processing time line says 21 weeks and when I submitted back in January it was 26 weeks with any time line it's been more than 6 weeks + timeline and their webform is not working can anyone advise what can I do? Thanks
