did anything change in the application after GU specially background?

Hi guys I received second GU today but nothing changed. BG was " in progress" and stayed " in progress" is it normal ? And is it a step forward? AOR 10th June

It says " We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" However as I said IRCC by phone said eligibility passed but BG not started yet

Hi all. AoR 10th June Medical passed 7th July GU 15th July ( BG changed from " we are processing" to " your application in progress") Called IRCC today they said eleigability passed byt criminal and secuirty have not started yet. What does it mean and why they don't started them yet?
