It just states two and one half of hospital study and training on the equivalency Imnt sure what they meant as well Please help me out I was planning on applying for a work permit and visa

My evaluation stated that my credentials are not comparable to a complete canadian evaluation credential but my equivalency is two and one &half years of hospital study and training What does that mean Can it affect my work permit and visa application
