I did receive that email today (Nov.2) too. I am still waiting the final decision from Feb 18. (Vo : Montreal) I have no idea about that email is the good sign to get the portal soon or not.

Hi, guys! I checked my application all passed and final approved in June by G-note but nothing received yet. Is there still anyone waiting here like me? (Aor Feb / MO - Montreal / Inland)

I just checked my G note that I requested almost a month ago and I found like below, - Eligibility passed - Security - Criminality passed - Medical passed - Info sharing complete - Final approved - Copr not started My Aor was Feb,18 and primary office is Montreal.
