It's specified here : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/new-immigrants/pr-card/apply-renew-replace/photo.html to upload the back side of the photo with name, dob, studio address and the date when photo is taken. As per the photo specifications provided by IRCC, we need to upload front and back side of the photo to Permanent Residence Portal . But the portal is allowing to upload only one file and its allowing only JPG, JPEG or PNG formats. Have a question for the people who got their photo approved and...- anishki
