Great! Did they tell you what is the processing time for you to get the passport back? In Panama they just tell you they have no idea since they are just a 3rd party.

They have the authority to verify any piece of information you are providing. It is under their discretion.

When theres a ghost update there is always something going on in the back end, maybe you cant see it but something changed in your application.

If you applied as inland you will receive and email for virtual landing. You will have to let them know that you are now outland so they can issue a PPR. It depends on the status of your PR application, if you get a visa stamped on your passport, any other visa is invalidated.

Looking at the speed they are working, it might take approximately a year. There is another post that is similar to your case (inland with outland applicant). You can keep an eye on it.
