They will very likely give you the chance to upload them as long as you had LoE when you submitted

I see no harm in you filling the form anyways and adding it to your documents in the client information section. They are not gonna mind an extra doc if it wasn't needed but covers you just in case it was a mistake that you didn't get the section for it.

I had the specific option to upload IMM5707. I would suggest to be safe that you fill and sign the form anyway if you can and add it to your client information documents, I don't think they'd have a problem with an extra doc added even if it wasn't needed. I applied for myself only.
