hello all, just wanted to inform you all that I received my passport back with the visa stamped !!!! VO Buffalo had received my passport on 31st-May and I got it back 16th-June The validity of the visa is till 1st week of sep, which is when my medicals are going to expire.... I wish everyone...

I got PPR via email, email was sent to my lawyer..... in the enquiry mail to V.O, my lawyer had just asked for the follow up on my case

its the end of another week today and no PPR yet from buffalo......hope next week turns out to be the PPR week for all of us waiting !!!

it depends on person to person, you cant generalise.....if a person is regretting after going to Canada, tht doesnt mean that some other person will also be in the same state, he might do well in Canada compared to what he was doing before moving to Canada....

I too have changed my job, but because my medicals have already been done and paid the RPRF fee too, hence my lawyer advised me that there is no need to Inform embassy about the job change as the embassy would consider my job details till the date I submitted my application...

Buffalo VO is just testing our patience levels, its been 6 months for me since my medicals results were submitted to them

I did my medicals in sep-2010 and paid RPRF ( buffalo VO, FSW category) I had quit my IT job in Dec-2010, thinking tht I vil get my PPR soon and vil join new company in Toronto....but then because it was taking long time for PPR, I joined another IT company in my country and m into this company...

yeah he is lucky n m not as for my multiple emails to buffalo office, have just got a generic reply saying my application is in process :(

forgot to add in my last post, my friend got PPR and RPRF request only after he enquired with LA office if they had received his medicals or not....n for his mails reply he got PPR !!!

one of my friend applied in Apr-2010 under canadian exp. class to buffalo offc., his file got tranferred to LA in Aug-2010, got medicals request in Dec-2010, did medicals in Jan-2011, got PPR and RPRF request on 1-Apr-2011

I think its a good idea to go for case specific enquiry or getting the CAIPS ordered....its been long time for you as u have not received your medicals yet
