Hi there Can someone please help me understand why on ECAS under my citizenship application it says 'decision made' but when I track my application through the online tracker it's stuck at citizenship test completed with other things still in progress. Will be thankful for the help

Yes it said clearly that it was mailed on September 21st. There was also another notification after the mailing one, that said; "We sent you a letter on October 1,2021. Please consider mailing delays before contacting us." I supposed the letter would be about refunding some overpayment I paid...

Hello. My renewed PR card was sent by mail on September 21, 2021 but I have still not received it. I know that mailing can take up to 6 weeks but it's been more than that now. Has anyone else experienced unusual mailing delays? Should I be worried?

Hello Can some one please help me with some information on the need to give biometrics for pr card renewal? I paid the fee and included a receipt with my application but then on cic website section 'find out if you need to give biometrics' it says I don't need to give biometrics. I'm confused
