    Draw them a web form (I made 2) to express your frustrations. They are hearing but just slow. It just mysteriously long for them to process, my GCMS notes shows I got approved after 10 months of my AOR but I still wait to see it staling for 20 months...

    Same here, 2020 June inland CEC, no dependent, and still waiting. I have to apply PGWP extension which took they 4 months to approve + deliver (c.f. 3 weeks in the past). I'm speechless now as there are no feedback, none, nothing. Whenever I contact them they say just wait due to COVID +...
