I think the problem is that most of us when we immigrate see Canada as the perfect world to move to. Bureaucratic delays although minor does leave a sour taste and is reminiscent of the places where we immigrated from. I see protesting and complaining about these issues as patriotic and only way...

Welcome to government workers in Canada. My spousal PR application took like a year longer then it should as well from KW. I did follow up with my MP's office and they did some follow up with the immigration department which told me my file is test ready waiting to be called. Nothing new!

I am thinking of changing my address to my family's address in Toronto to hopefully speed things up, anyone else in the same boat?
