I am an outlander and got SINP, at the time of application I indicated that I am heading to Regina, My COPR is mentioning destination city Regina, however I am now interested in staying in Saskatoon.. will there be an issue if I fly to Saskatoon instead of Regina?

The percentage on your application does not indicate progress of your application. It is only measuring the time taken from the AR date to IRCC expected completion date. You can calculate this your self. Calculate days from AR today divide it by the total days from AR to Expected end date as a...

Well said, I calculated mine days too from AR to expected completion, looking at the time lapsed as a percentage of the expected time the percentage comes. I am sure it has no bearing on the application progress. If it was we will not have some here receiving portal email 1&2 with the progress...
