Hi, My eligibility period is from 21 June 2016 to 20 June 2021 and this is correctly spelt out in the online calculator. However, on the cit0002e-2 form only gives me an option to type the "To date" and when I type it as 20 June 2021, it calculates my "From date" as 20 June 2016 instead of 21...
