I did get a GU in January.

My AOR is July 31, 2021, and haven't heard from them in the last 2 months. The last was a biometric update on 21st Dec 2021. I don't know what is taking so long but I believe it is long travel history and change in COR in my case during the PR process.

Hey! I am in a similar situation. I contacted Max Hospital and they told me that they are not processing upfront medical forms as per the instructions of the Canadian Embassy till further notice. Were you able to have any luck?
