Yes I did, I have only been able to complete 6 months of my Canadian experience.. so CEC is a long shot for me unless they count the lockdown period as a part of the experience. FSW doesn't seem to be happening either, and even if it does I feel my score of 469 wouldn't qualify.

I am in a very hopeless situation then. I had a one year PGWP and have spent more than 3.5 months of it in a lockdown. This policy was the only hope.

My work visa expires on 30th Nov 2021. Does that make me ineligible for applying under the public policy for extension?
