fyi this was fixed. I called them (pro tip - select the french line and chances are they will speak in both english/french to get connected right away) and got a new email today. Completed the test this morning (19/20). Any idea when it will reflect?

hey folks, My test email invite says I can take the test between Nov 13th 12:00 am EST to Dec 3rd but when I try to sign in to the test online it says "You can't take the test right now". Any insight?

heyy, I got my AOR yesterday and have been trying to log into the tracker https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register but keep getting any insight? does it take time before they update on their side?

not much I can add here tbh, just that I was in the same position only 2 weeks ago. I should mention that I did have a temporary Application number (called ircc to get one) while I waiting, so maybe that factored in.

Very interesting how we both applied at the same time, you got your aor on 26th July, I got mine on Sept 6th and yet we got the portal request on the same date. Wanted to share with everyone here so we realize that each case is different. Just because you did not get your aor yet doesn't mean...

Update: PR portal email received today (AOR on sept 6) I have another application in EE (CEC), do you think it's time to withdraw that one now.

I have linked my application to an existing cic account and just now received the aor. so far it says Medical Passed and no email notifications or letters beside that. Do I need to create a new account to be able to receive updates or is the old one just as good?

Hey guys, thought I should give an update for my fellow aor seekers from 9:20-9:30. I was finally able to link my application (UCI + passport) rn 5 MINS AFTER I APPLIED FOR CEC. I could withdraw the CEC now I guess, but I will let them both run their course.

don't think this applies to everyone. Got my temporary number more than a month ago and no aor as of yet.

9:20 and nothing yet. I did get the temporary file number tho a while back. Just curious, did you also pay the biometrics fees? if not if you add the explanation letter? IRCC agents are saying it is not a big deal and shouldn't matter one way or another but I have a gut feeling that this is...

I think she was right but I still believe it to the reason of the delay. It won't be the cause of application decline but can possibly prolong the process

Hey all, I just found this regarding biometrics on the ircc website: " If you do not need to provide them again provide proof with your application that you have previously submitted biometrics to IRCC. " anybody here submitted such a proof? And to those who are still waiting for their aor but...

to those who are further in the process than most of us, were you asked to submit an RCMP verification? if yes, how long did it take and is it a good idea to get it done while we wait for AOR? Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Just talked to the ircc agent, she relayed this same information back to me. No need to pay upfront if you are exempt.
