Hi, You should be clear with the settlement funds. Its very important. So better include an explanation letter and both the proofs. FYI: if you contact the OINP there is no queue. You can tell them your case and they will help you.

In that section I just listed things like, previous employment, jobs applied, residency, ties in Ontario etc. Basically whatever that was said in the help pop up. But I also included an explanation letter stating why I want to reside in Ontario in the documents section.
