    AKTU (Formerly UPTU) Transcript 'Insufficient Address' mailing to WES directly from University.

    On AKTU portal it is asking to upload: "Upload Transcript Application and all Marksheet", Where should I find the Transcript Application format? And should I also upload the marksheet with the application? I would really appreciate if some can help me with this,
