i believe it is Post Graduate Diplma. also known as PGD. which is not equilent to Masters but u can take addmission in masters programme. PGD can not be awarded 25 points . how ever with the combination of Bachelor degree she can claim 20 points.

Yes you can claim 25 poibts if u have Master's degree along with 17 years of total education.

Thank very much for ur reply. My work experience as an "Electrician" Noc Code 7241 is listed as skill type 0 and i m still in this job since 2005. but my question is still there ? will CIC object that why my Work experince is not relevant to my education.
