As they already mentioned that they would declare the fall results by August 6. Perhaps IRCC will announce the remaining results just before the given time.

Could not agree more with you, I got my BVL on the 7th of July. Nearly a month passed and still no updates from them, it just so annoying and frustrating

Maybee the PPR are still on hold and IRCC trying to clear the backlog. IRCC already mentioned that they will announce the results before the 6th of August, so there is still some time left.

Some applicants of April have started receiving PPR just a few days ago.
