Did anyone face a similar issue that when you call ircc to check your status through self service it couldn’t find your application even after getting aor and bil??

Received AoR and BIL on 29 September

1-888-242-2100 Press 1 Then type your UCI Then 3 Then 2 Again 2 Last 0 They will ask you to wait in a queue if they are not too busy otherwise they will hang up.

I had try for a few times. Sometimes they don’t answer your questions because of Afghanistan crisis but if the agent is good they might help you.

Honestly, it’s just for your peace of mind that your application is at least in their system and they’ll start working on it soon.

Yeah a lot of people who applied after 1 PM have reported AOR and BIL. Not too sure how are they processing

I asked her about AOR but she said that she doesn’t have that information
