I have the same issue , blue Dart never call for pickup , so we will call them and ask for pickup , they said drop it in there office. we send email to VFS for same response " will pickup in 72 hrs if not email us "

we got PPR yesterday, but not sure how to submit in VFS . is there any specific services for PPR or do we need to make appointment. just wonder IRCC never request for PCC for my parents .....

I got the Biometric letter for my mother-in-law, but I also got one more email about income eligibility, it says a final decision will be made by the visa officer. not sure what to do .....
