Finally, I received it yesterday.

I am waiting for more than a week now to get the pr card after it's been posted according to the IRCC account and I've seen people getting it within 2-3 days after it's been posted. So you never know when you would get it.

How can they say it's undeliverable? Don't they check the address in the PR portal before sending the card?

Mine was mailed on 29th but did not receive it yet. I live in Winnipeg.

You should link it to your GC key account. Otherwise, it will not show up.

Yeah they told about a new mandate that came recently and said they can't do anything. I will try my MP as well.

I got through to an agent twice. But they refused to tell me anything. All I got was they can't do anything due to Afghanistan situation.

When ever I call this number the agent comes up with the Afghanistan excuse.
