I called again and sent a webform and no one could find an application so I just sent a paper version this week just to ensure I covered all my basis

I did check my spam nothing there I also sent on the webform and decided to wait until they reply on the webform. If they keep saying they didn't find it I'll send a paper version then

I applied online on Jan 17th, 2021, and no AOR. On the web page it says submitted when I called they couldn't find the application and I should wait 2 more months and then recheck cause it might have not been uploaded (strange to me). I'm not sure if I should send a paper version or what ????

I also applied on January 17th, 2021 and I just contacted IRCC phone line, I asked about my application they said its not in the system but it might just not uploaded yet (strange to me) and I should check again in 2 months and I'm also thinking should I send a paper version
